Guest Information
One of the greatest rewards about qualifying for President’s Academy is that you can share it with an invited guest. The President’s Academy program is designed for both you and your guest to enjoy.
Each qualifier is entitled to invite one guest on the program. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

GUEST INCLUSIONS
- Airfare – guest airfare coverage is equal to qualifier coverage and is based on qualifier Achievement Level as of December 31, 2024
- Hotel (based on shared accommodation with qualifier)
- General Session including coffee break
- Airport transfers
- Event transfers
- Exclusive evening events
- Five breakfasts
Exclusive Business Functions
In addition to the General Session, there are two business functions on the agenda that are designed specifically for qualifiers. If a guest is involved in the business (licensed), they are welcome to attend as well.

- CEO Roundtable & Breakout Sessions – Thursday May 15th
